Mission
Our purpose is to be a central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and parents to answer questions, address concerns, and provide direction to appropriate resources.
Here at the Help Central Line we are prepared to address a wide range of concerns, such as:
- where can I get counseling both on and off-campus?
- how do I change my major?
- are there ways I can save money on basics (food, utilities, books)?
- what transportation options are available to me?
- who do I talk to about my health insurance?
- my elderly family member needs daily care, what services are out there?
- can I get a free legal consultation anywhere?

CONFIDENTIALITY: All calls received by the Help Central Line are confidential as outlined by FERPA and subject to the limits of confidentiality regarding dangerousness to self, dangerousness to others, grave disability, or suspicion of elder/dependent adult or child abuse. Users of the Help Central Line may remain anonymous if they choose to do so. All users are requested to answer several general demographic and program evaluative questions for data collection purposes, which will only be used in an aggregate format. Users may decline to provide this information and this will not affect the services provided to the user.
